Going Deeper Into Scrum, An Agile Journey

Scrum is one of the more popular Agile frameworks. It provides a structure through which the team and company interacts and works to improve. Some companies and teams "do Scrum" but don't see the full benefits. Some have improved but stagnate as they seem to run out of new ways to improve. This session will BRIEFLY touch on the definition of Scrum to establish a baseline of understanding in the group, as needed. Then we will dive into ways to freshen the energy and find the small or hard places for improvement. The intent is to create a discussion where we can learn from each other about the hard parts and find the biggest rewards of using Scrum to BE Agile.
